Cheap lures
Do not get sucked into this scam. They lure you in with their cheap, made in China, so called gifts.
Then they charge you a fortune for coffee that is no better than what you can grind yourself from the grocery store. It took me way too long to realize how much I was actually paying for their coffee, at least twice what I pay elsewhere.
When I called to cancel the operator implied that I was perhaps not well enough to do to afford their so called premium coffee. Although I really do not care about any operators opinion I am insulted at an attempt to intimidate me into ordering more coffee.

I already filed a dispute against this company for the first charge they made on my card. I cancelled my card and got the money refunded.
I thought it was over but a few weeks later i had another charge of nearly sixty dollars even with having cancelled the previous card. I emailed the company and cancelled my account for good. I was told to return the coffee unopened and i would receive my refund.. I did exactly that and two weeks later, no refund.
They have told me they refunded me on the 5th, and now on the 13th there has never been a refund.
Customer service is horrible and I have only received replies when I get sort of rude with them. I have never been so angry at a company.

Same bs...same thing happend to me...even though they say free gift--its not a free gift if I am paying for it.
I have been having tremendous financial difficulty with a company that I regrettably gave my credit card information to. On June 15, 2015, I thought that it was a good deal to try AMC Amora coffee for a dollar.
Being the carefree inexperienced buyer, I should have known to cancel my membership as soon as I got the great deal as soon as I received the coffee bag in the mail. What I did not know is with this too good to be true offer is that there is always a catch. On July 2nd Amora charged me for coffee for $67 dollars which shocked me because I did not agree to purchase their “free gift” I found out on 7/02 that they tried to charge my account some money without me authorizing this sale. I quickly sent them an email asking to cancel their service and told them that I do not have financial privilege of having the luxury of purchasing these premium priced coffee grinds and after I not getting an answer through email decided to call Amora’s customer care help line.
The representative from Amora told me that following steps need to be completed for them to refund my money. I was told to bring the package back to the post office and tell the post office that I did not accept this package and to send back to sender. The day that I happened to complete this action was on July3rd and told them exactly what Amora has told me to do. I was super bummed since my Chase account was negative and I would have no money for the 4th of July weekend.
After a week later there still was no change from Amora being no steps to give me back my refunded amount of 67 dollars and my overdraft charges continued to add up on my acoount. My chase account has been negative ever since Amora charged me that unauthorized payment of their “free gift.” My Chase account has +100 since the day and is still negative and has many overdraft fees telling me that I do not have enough money. Could you help me settle this claim? I have not accepted any coffee from them and continue to get letters from this company stating that they took the liberty of charging my account for special Brazilian Coffee Beans.
I was wondering if possible you could cancel all connections with this organization and help me gain my financial freedom. I have many bills to pay, cell phone payments, and medical costs where I am barely surviving as is and cannot afford to deal with this company’s unethical business practices of contining to keep charging my account for good and services even after I canceled my membership. All I have been promised from AMora were false hopes of refunding any of my money. I called yesterday morning and this what the representative told me was the problem had something to do with my post office and they are not responsible for—telling me that I need to contact the post office and see why they are not performing their jobs correctly, where you can tell who is really at fault and providing me with dead end solutions about my financial endeavor.
I am currently an unemployed San Jose State graduate trying to get a break, gain my own financial freedom while on Medicare and accepting low income benefits until I can get my own financial standing of becoming a responsible individual of society with the need of proving to myself and all the people who never thought I would not amount to anything.I ask if there are any existing services that represent the little people against unethical big corporations who do not respect business ethics and I feel mistreated/disrespected by allowing this company to have the ability of charging me for overpriced coffee, even after I quit my membership from this company. I am deeply sorry that I have put myself in this bad situation and I know now that if it seems too good to be true, they generally are and in the future be extra wary of their real intentions and red flag organizations that do these unlawful practices—performing shady advertisement deals and operate unethically.
I really wonder how these business are still alive and still operate by screwing over individuals who do not have much computer smarts. VERY ANGRY!!!

I have had the same problem. I have called four times to cancel my membership, and my bank account continues to be charged.
I believe this company is very dishonest. I have now involved my attorney.
