Not open, yet they can charge my card.

This is because you signed up for a SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE. This means, on a certain day of the month ( of your choice) they charge your account for the number of bags detailed in your account.
So, say, you signed up for their basic subscription. This is 4 bags of coffee every 4 weeks. So, every 4 weeks, you will be charged for 4 bags of coffee, which will then be sent to you, all automatically. Now, you can change the frequency and amount that you buy, down to a minimum of 2 bags, and up to a maximum of 8 weeks.
You can also call and have them skip a shipment, or cancel your account entirely. Just, read the fine print and do your research before signing up for "free trials" on the internet, as all subscription services do this same thing, no scam, just business.
