I received a post via Facebook that Delta Airlines was offering free tickets.A survey was involved, so I started answering it.

Then it offered a sample of coffee for a minimal price, but I had to give my credit card info. That was a mistake, granted. But then they charged my $67 for a shipment of only 2 pounds. I did not order this.

Worse, though, is that this marketing scam also circulated by cell phone number to multiple marketing call services and I have been swamped by marketing cell phone calls, which i never, ever, want on my cell phone.

And, shame on Delta.How come Delta Airlines hasn't come forward with apologies about some fraudulent marketing company using their name to scam consumer.

Monetary Loss: $67.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
