I already filed a dispute against this company for the first charge they made on my card. I cancelled my card and got the money refunded.

I thought it was over but a few weeks later i had another charge of nearly sixty dollars even with having cancelled the previous card. I emailed the company and cancelled my account for good. I was told to return the coffee unopened and i would receive my refund.. I did exactly that and two weeks later, no refund.

They have told me they refunded me on the 5th, and now on the 13th there has never been a refund.

Customer service is horrible and I have only received replies when I get sort of rude with them. I have never been so angry at a company.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

This sounds exactly like my experience with Amora. Just received a package containing four bags of coffee for $67.75 (which I did not request).

They charged my credit card without my knowledge. Never emailed me to advise me of a charge to my credit card, or that the package was in transit. I emailed the company to cancel my membership and request a refund for the $67.76 (less S&H).

Will see what happens in the next few days.
